Welcome to Remy. I’m glad you’re here and excited to share our story with you. I’ll start with a confession- I never thought I’d become a technology founder. Like many of you, I’ve always thought of myself first and foremost as a builder.
After earning my degree in Civil Engineering at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, I began my career with ENR Top 50 General Contractors, working on large-scale projects ranging from $40M to $2B. From my very first day on site, I could tell construction was different. I had never seen so much passion, dedication, and energy in a workplace, and I decided during my first internship that I’d spend my career in the construction industry.
But over a decade working in the field, I kept running into the same challenge: that critical workflows were painstakingly manual. All too often, half my day would vanish into chasing down documents, word-searching PDFs, and writing email follow ups- time that should have gone to learning the project, making key decisions, and growing as a builder.
That’s why I started Remy—software built to empower the next generation of construction teams. Our mission is simple: eliminate the manual processes that slow teams down so you can focus on building, growing, and advancing your career.
Today, Remy is the first to focus on the most repeatable foundation of project documentation: submittals. We’re helping contractors reduce risk, and make faster, well-informed decisions.
